DESCRIPTION

Calling all aspiring Ride Leaders – we are hosting ride leader training to boost the number and variety of club ride offered through the year.  As a leader,  you can enhance the cycling experience for others, and make the group ride safer, more enjoyable, and assessable for all levels.  The added bonus that Club Ride leaders may participate in our Philly MTCC Ride Leader Awards Program and receive a FREE custom Philly MTCC Ride Leader jersey.  This one of a kind jersey is only available to ride leaders that met the program criteria.

Training will be conducted in three parts:

1.At home study focusing on Club Ride essentials

• Pre work session, quiz and completion certificate
• 45 minutes

2.Virtual Q&A Session with Certified Trainer

• Friday evening before in person 7-9 PM

3.In Person Training and Ride Session

• Course Work 9-11 AM
• Review of leadership responsibilities
• Safety Tips and reminders
• Post Training Session Ride 11:15 AM- 12:15 PM
• Demonstrate Classroom Learning
