DESCRIPTION
Hill Repeats “It’s not a race climb at your own pace”
Goal: Hill Training
Hill repeats are great for leg strengthening giving you more power to ride on the flats. Even if you do not like to climb you should come out. Hill repeat will make you stronger for climbing also. Meet me 6:15 at the base of Harts Lane plenty of free parking, https://goo.gl/maps/FUsP
Sunset is 7:30
Normally a stress to be on time but if your late it is not like you will miss the ride. Just come on out and give it a try. A half of a climb is better than none.
